Also known as “Saint Great Martyr Teodor Tiron” Monastery, it was built between 1854-1858 by the Ciufli brothers, in white stone with nine gilded domes. It is an active convent of nuns, and the founders are buried near its south wall. A peaceful spiritual and architectural landmark. Address: Strada Ciuflea 1, Chisinau.
