• Can I check in earlier or check out later?

  Yes, early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and for an additional fee. Please contact the reception in advance to confirm availability. Our standard check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00.

• Is airport transfer available?

  Yes, we provide a comfortable private airport transfer service for your convenience. Our driver will meet you at Chisinau International Airport and take you directly to the hotel in a modern, air-conditioned car.

  The service is available for an additional fee of €20 per car (one way). To ensure availability, please request the transfer in advance when making your reservation or contact our reception team.

• Are pets allowed? Can I smoke inside?

  Pets are not allowed at our hotel. Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available for your convenience. We appreciate your understanding.

• What about parking?

  Parking is available free of charge for all hotel guests. Spaces are located in front of the hotel and are offered subject to availability.
